Be prepared to learn skills specific to my charcoal technique and have questions ready that relate to my process, art marketing and business. We'll have a nice chat while we create!

Joel is an excellent instructor and artist and does a great job demonstrating his techniques and answering questions! Highly recommended for those interested in charcoal drawing!
I loved the workshop. I am a graphite and charcoal artist. Also watercolor. I learned so much from this workshop. I learn something new at every one I attend. Joel is a great instructor and has a really nice set up for teaching.
I haven't recieved the link for the workshop yet and I was only on for the first part so looking forward to the video!!! so glad you started to do these. need to watch the one on vanishing to finish my two I have working on. (cow and horse) the only link I can find is the cow
I enjoyed the workshop so much, I learned a lot and I cant wait to put it to use on a piece of my own. Im also hoping to take another one in the near future
I thought the content was great. You taught the process very well and in an easy to follow manner. The tech could use a little upgrade although I understand it just takes time. Moving the camera and adjusting it was a little distracting. I'm wondering if adjusting the wide angle to also zoom into the area you want to focus on would help reduce the camera movement. Just a thought.
Anyway, I really enjoyed the lesson. We have very similar philosophies about working with charcoal. Thank you so much. I was very inspired by your authenticity and really appreciated hearing a little about your story and background.
P.S.
Thank you for creating work that shares the heart of God.
Blessings to you and your Family,
Scot Saunders
